Simon is an experienced corporate lawyer with strength and a proven track record in advising senior executives and business owners on corporate and commercial legal matters; managing and executing high value corporate transactions and reorganisations; and implementing international legal projects.
Simon has extensive experience of working closely with accountants and other finance professionals, having worked for an accountancy firm serving mostly owner managed businesses and start-ups. Simon has also worked closely with various leading multinational corporates during his time as a corporate associate at a large international law firm.
