We support clients who would not otherwise have access to justice to have their case handled by qualified solicitors. We source legal aid, non legal aid, CFA/no win no fee solicitors for areas such crime and civil litigation through in-depth investigation preparation work for a successful case transition. We directly case handle debt, data protection, anti-social behaviour, homelessness, housing disrepair, housing allocations, consumer rights, community asset interest, employment mediation, disputes and sustainment, education support for parents, school transfers, suspensions and exclusions, commissioned community survey research in areas of crime and civil issues, welfare benefits claims, reviews and appeals, statutory sector and private sector complaints, social care community Care Act 2014 self assessments, social care budgets for direct payments, and personal health budgets for clients to choose their own care via Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). We optimise service provision, in particular, for the black/people of colour community to promote well-being, human and civil rights, and increased prosperity, reducing the discrimination often subtle and overt in the existence of policies, rules practices, criteria, and conditions in all forms of public and private life.
